Welcome to the Boehm Center for Systems and Software Engineering!

The Boehm family has established the Boehm Center for Systems and Software Engineering (BCSSE) to carry on the Barry Boehm legacy of research in the areas of system and software development practices and the evolution of these practices as well as the estimation of cost/schedule for all things related to software, systems, and system of systems (SoS) engineering and development.

New Event

BCSSE Annual Research Review

We would like to inform everyone that the Annual Research Review will be postponed, and the date will be announced shortly. We are still accepting abstracts and invite all to submit to info@boehmcsse.org. Thank you for your continued support, and we are looking forward to hearing from everyone!
This is going to be an online event, and we invite those from Academics, Industry and Government to present their current work and insights into the future. There will be an end-of-day focus group for each area to discuss what you, the attendee, see as a need in Software Engineering. We encourage everyone to attend all three days of this forum as this is a golden opportunity for those in academics to see what is happening in government and industry and those in government and industry to see what is being taught, researched and developed in academics.
